Nearly five decades later, we've grown into one of the most welcoming clubs in the region. We have teams for men, women, and young players of all ages. Rugby has given us not just a sport, but a true community.

Our New Old Boys and Girls team is for those that cannot let go of the game or the spirit of rugby. Open to all levels of ability and experience, the Maastricht Young Oldies combine fun (and maybe relive some past glory moments) with their knowledge and energy to help build our club into the place to be for all of the family.Ons nieuwe team van oud-spelers is voor diegenen die het spel en de geest van rugby niet los kunnen laten. Whether you have a good idea to improve the club, you're unhappy about something, or you've experienced unwanted behaviour — we take every signal seriously. Binnen onze vereniging willen we dat iedereen met plezier en in een veilige omgeving kan sporten en samenkomen. Jouw stem is daarbij essentieel. Of je nu een goed idee hebt om de club te verbeteren, ergens ontevreden over bent, of te maken hebt gehad met ongewenst gedrag: we nemen elk signaal serieus.

Contributions consist of a club fee and a Rugby Nederland bond fee. Amounts are set annually by the General Members Meeting. De contributie bestaat uit een clubbijdrage en een bijdrage aan Rugby Nederland. Bedragen worden jaarlijks vastgesteld door de Algemene Ledenvergadering.
The club offers several membership categories: youth members (up to 17 years), senior members (18+), training-only members (no matches), recreational members (max 6 matches per season), and friends of the club (supporters, non-playing).
De club biedt verschillende lidmaatschapscategorieën: jeugdleden (tot 17 jaar), seniorleden (18+), trainingsleden (geen wedstrijden), recreatieve leden (max 6 wedstrijden per seizoen) en vrienden van de club (supporters, niet-spelend).
Invoices are processed through ClubCollect. You can pay in one go (via iDEAL) or in installments (automatic bank transfer). Unpaid dues after 1 month result in suspension from training and matches.
Facturen worden verwerkt via ClubCollect. U kunt in één keer betalen (via iDEAL) of in termijnen (automatische incasso). Onbetaalde contributie na 1 maand leidt tot schorsing van training en wedstrijden.
Membership cancellation must be submitted by email to secretaris@maastrichtrugby.nl before 15 June of the current season, including your name and date of birth. Verbal cancellations or messages to coaches are not valid. No refunds are given for mid-season cancellations.
Opzegging moet per email aan secretaris@maastrichtrugby.nl worden ingediend voor 15 juni van het huidige seizoen, met naam en geboortedatum. Mondelinge opzegging of berichten aan coaches zijn niet geldig. Geen restitutie bij tussentijdse opzegging.
Everyone is welcome to 2 free trial training sessions. Please contact the club beforehand so we can welcome you properly.

The Old Maraboes Association brings together former student players who want to stay connected to Maastricht rugby. Whether you graduated five years ago or fifty — once a Maraboe, always a Maraboe. The association organises reunion events, supports current students, and keeps the Maraboes spirit alive long after your final lecture. De Old Maraboes Association brengt oud-studentspelers samen die verbonden willen blijven met Maastrichts rugby. Of je nu vijf jaar of vijftig jaar geleden bent afgestudeerd — eenmaal een Maraboe, altijd een Maraboe.
